Tom McFarlane is a seasoned IT executive with more than 25 years experience in designing, developing and implementing management information systems for federal clients. He retired from the Army as a Colonel in the Transportation Corps, having spent 23 years in positions of increasing levels of responsibility, culminating as the Chief Information Officer for the Military Traffic Management Command, now named the Army’s Surface Deployment & Distribution Command (SDDC).
Prior to Infinitive Federal, Tom McFarlane was a Vice President and General Manager with Northrop Grumman IT supporting clients including all the military services, the General Services Administration, and the Department of Education.
